dave	de761c8b3e	Update the annealer to recompute the cost of multiple affected buckets ... on a move if necessary. Add the annealer to compute floor locations (but don't link it to anything yet because there's no editor, we're testing it with GVRSF this year).	2010-02-22 18:45:58 +00:00
